How to use it.
Cleanse
Massage the cleanser onto damp skin. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Apply at night
Use one retinol capsule as tolerated, avoiding eyes, lips, and irritated skin.
Protect
Follow with moisturizer if desired and use sunscreen during the day.
Good to know
If you are new to retinol, start 1–2 nights per week and gradually increase frequency as tolerated. Reduce frequency or discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a physician before using retinol if pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, using prescription skincare, or under dermatological care.

How to use
After cleansing and drying your skin, twist or cut open one capsule and apply evenly at night. Avoid the eyes, lips, and broken or irritated skin. Follow with moisturizer if desired.
New to retinol? Begin 1–2 nights per week and increase only as tolerated. Use sunscreen during the day.

Liquid concentrate: Cyclopentasiloxane, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Retinol, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Beta-Carotene, Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT), C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Dimethicone Crosspolymer.
Capsule shell: Gelatin, Purified Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Sorbitol, Mica, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), FD&C Red No. 40 (CI 16035), Red Iron Oxide (CI 77491), D&C Red No. 33 (CI 17200), Polysorbate 80, Disodium EDTA, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil.
