Returns
Because skincare products are personal-care items, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact MeiHwa with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. The support team will review the issue and help with the next step.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If an exchange is appropriate, MeiHwa will provide instructions after reviewing your request.
